The management committee is responsible for the day-to-day running of the society. Full details are set out in the model rules. Members of the committee must abide by the code of conduct.
We aim to publish all meeting minutes subject to sensitivity or confidentiality.
Our rules provide for 12 members of the management committee. The four signatories of the society’s application appointed nine members of the management committee at its first meeting on 11 January 2012. A tenth member was appointed at the third meeting on 30 January 2012.
